Jo Ellen Reams
Jo Ellen is a life-long resident of Nash County. Growing up in Red Oak, she is a member of Fishing Creek Baptist Church where she has served as Deacon, Sunday School teacher and various other roles within the church. Jo Ellen has volunteered for Meal On Wheels. She comes to real estate after a 20 year career in the healthcare field as a Registered Nurse and Diabetes Educator.
Jo Ellen became a REALTOR® in September 2013. She obtained her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation. She is a member of the Rocky Mount Area Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, and the Nash/Rocky Mount Rotary.
Jo Ellen was a MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR PRODUCER IN 2016. She opened Keffer Reams Team Realty as a co-owner in 2017 and serves as the Broker-In-Charge.

Joe comes to Keffer Reams Team Realty after completing a long career within the power generation industry.
He is a licensed REALTOR®, as well as, a licensed Electrical Contractor.
Joe recently decided to turn his interest in real estate into a full-time career. He has been involved in real estate in our community and surrounding areas for many years as an investor and home renovator. Joe has a passion for renovating homes to their original splendor to sale or for rental investments.

Ross graduated from Tarboro High School. He has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Marketing.

Kenya is a lifelong resident of Rocky Mount where she attended Nash Rocky Mount Public Schools. With a commitment to education, she also graduated from North Carolina State University and Southern New Hampshire University, respectively. As a hobby, Kenya loves reading, writing fiction short stories, and spending time with family and friends. Her favorite author is James Patterson. In 2014, Kenya published a collection of short stories entitled “Hidden in Plain Sight”.
While looking for her first home to purchase, Kenya fell in love with real estate. After purchasing her home, the love for real estate only grew. Years later, Kenya decided to turn her passion into a career.
She comes to the real estate field after a 12 year career in the pharmaceutical field as a lab analyst and a quality assurance analyst. Because of Kenya’s pharmaceutical background in a customer driven market, she brings to real estate a keen sense of attention to detail and a drive to complete and exceed all job related duties.
With the recent attention to the revitalization of downtown Rocky Mount, Kenya is excited for the growth of her beloved city and urges anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit to give her a call and consider investing in downtown. In addition, she would love to work with first time home buyers to allow them the opportunity to experience the joy she felt when she purchased her first home.
Takyla W. Smith
Broker, REALTOR®, ABR
Takyla is a lifelong resident of Rocky Mount. She is a proud alumni of Nash Community College, where she obtained her Associates Degree in Business Administration. Her career got its start in the Youth Apprenticeship program at Northern Nash where Takyla started working at Boddie-Noell Enterprises. From there, she worked onsite with their risk management company which lead her into a career in insurance eventually becoming an agent in 2005 and in 2006 joined MSH Insurance. She is a licensed NC Insurance agent.
Takyla was a member of the Young Professionals Network of Rocky Mount (YPN) from 2006 through 2009 and was honored to serve as President.
She’s been a member of the Nash-Rocky Mount Rotary Club since 2009, served as the President Elect and currently serves as the Publicity Chair. She has also served on the Community Fellows Advisory Committee for the Down East Partnership for Children and graduated from the Leadership Rocky Mount Program in 2008.
In addition, Takyla served as an active member on her son, A.J.'s PTA throughout elementary and middle schools. He’s now a rising Senior at Northern Nash High School with plans to enlist in the Navy after graduation. She continues to be involved in community events and attends events held by the Rocky Mount Jaycees, Rocky Mount Chamber of Commerce and Young Ambassadors Circle. She’s also a member of the Rocky Mount Area Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®.

Cathy's hometown is Rocky Mount! She returned to it in 1982 after living in Mississippi, South Carolina, Florida, and Raleigh. Cathy holds a BS degree in Home Economics from East Carolina University and a M.Ed in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina.
Cathy is a former teacher and college instructor. In addition, she enjoyed 20 years as an Interior Designer in her own custom window treatment business, “Something for the Window.” Cathy attends Word of Life International Church in Tarboro. She has served as Chair of the Rocky Mount Christian Women's Club and has been trained in Lay Counseling and Chaplaincy.
Cathy and her husband, Randy, have a son, Steve, who lives in Florida and a daughter, Nikki, who lives in Gaffney, SC.
They enjoy 2 grandsons in South Carolina, Hunter and Isaac.
Cathy has been in real estate for 4 years and has met some wonderful people along the way. She enjoys helping her clients find just the perfect home and then helping them through the process of getting to own that home.

Antalisa Bandy graduated from Nash Community College with an associate's degree in Medical Office Administration in 2015. After working at Nash Hospital for 3 years, she decided to pursue a long-standing dream of becoming a real estate agent. As a Realtor, her number one priority is to make her clients happy. Antalisa is committed to the wants and needs of her clients. Her mission is to ensure that her clients are well taken care of, and that the process of buying, selling or investing is a smooth and enjoyable process.
Alison and her West Highland Terrier Chase live in Tarboro, NC. She is a proud eastern North Carolinian and has lived here for over 40 years.
A Tarboro High Viking, Alison is an alumni that holds degrees from both Edgecombe Community College and North Carolina Wesleyan College. Having served the NC state government and the local education industry for over 18 years in the Telecommunication Industry, Alison brings her corporate business expertise to the Real Estate Industry.
She works with a Spirit of Excellence and Integrity. She will help you sell or buy a home and will assist with all the details needed in a real estate transaction. She is dedicated to her clients and pays attention to detail. She has many connections in different professions related to the real estate industry, which helps her find clients the resources they need.
Alison supports Edgecombe’s local cancer support foundation, works with the Guardian Ad Litem program in Nash, Edgecombe, and Wilson County, and has been a member of the Tar River players local theater.
Amanda is a Johnston County native but has lived in the Sandy Cross Community for 10 years. She has been blessed with a wonderful husband, beautiful step children and a yard full of rescued pets. She attends Taylor’s Chapel Kingdom International Church and loves Jesus.
Amanda is an alumni of North Carolina State University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing. She comes to the real estate industry after a 16 year career as a hair stylist.
She brings strong organizational skills, a dedicated work ethic and attention to detail to the real estate market in this area. Customer satisfaction is her number one goal.
Chrissy was born and raised in Rocky Mount and currently lives in Nashville. She and her family attend Sharpsburg Community Church. Chrissy has been blessed with four children and two bonus children ranging in age from eleven to twenty-three. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, spending time with those who live in retirement homes and reading.
Prior to her real estate career, which began in 2015, Chrissy was a childcare teacher for ten years and a professional photographer for seven years. She also volunteered at the local pregnancy healthcare center from 2011 - 2013.
She is a member of the Rocky Mount Area Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Chrissy is dedicated to meeting the real estate needs of her clients and will do so with hard work, attention to detail and perfectionism.
Patti Jackson Anderson
Passionate, hardworking, and dedicated are three words that describe Patti. She has lived in Tarboro with her husband, Bill and dog, Penny most of her life, as owners of their Harley-Davidson licensed product sales business. Customer Service is her expertise!
Patti received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from East Carolina University and has spent a lot of her career as a Personnel Manager at Americold Logistics, Continental Grain Corp. and the Supervisor of the Board of Elections of Edgecombe County.
She was a Realtor in Greenville, and in her first year sold 1.8 million in homes. That is where she found the love for helping others with possibly the biggest investment of their lives. She is very determined to help those that never believed that they could ever own a home of their own, to realize their dream!
Her family lives in Rocky Mount and that has afforded her the opportunity to participate with her niece, Lauren in activities at the Imperial Center and local public/private schools. She loves tennis, dancing, amusement parks and home-improvement projects. This makes her especially helpful in being able to suggest small improvements that can be made to your home to help you receive the maximum return on your investment. She has been known to bring her power washer to appointments!

Jacqueline Newhouse was born and raised in Rocky Mount, NC. She attended Nash Community College, where she obtained her Associate in Arts Degree. She later transferred to East Carolina University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Communication with a minor in Public Relations. Her passion for real estate began while serving as an office assistant to one of the largest real estate owners in Eastern NC. She later decided to become a real estate agent to further her career.
She is a proud parent of three fur babies. Her hobbies include genealogy, fitness, and she is also known to have been an extreme couponer.

Executive Administrative Assistant
Tasha Jones is a native of Hampton, Va., however, has resided in NC for more than 15 years now. Tasha is married to Daryl Jones, who is employed by RMPD. They have a daughter named Jaidan. Tasha has a passion for the Ministry of Jesus Christ and for people.
Tasha began her collegiate studies in Juvenile Justice with a minor in Sociology. In 2001, she received her Associate's Degree in Science from Halifax Community College.
In 2012, Tasha began her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Human Resources and Management from Strayer University however soon realized the Lord was calling her in another direction. In response to that call, she will be pursuing a Bachelor's in Theology at Liberty University in the fall of 2017 and then onto a Master's of Divinity with a focus on Evangelism and Church Planting.
Tasha has worked in the field of Sales and Customer Service for more than 26 years, serving clients in both the communication and financial services industries.
Tasha is passionate about building loyal client relationships and friendships. She is excited to join the TEAM!
